Newsletter data

Registration for our congress / booking a sponsoring or exhibition package:
The data entered during registration will only be used for the purpose of organizing the respective trade fair / respective congress for which you have registered. The mandatory information requested during registration must be given in full. Otherwise the registration for the event is not possible.
For more information about the congress or follow-up events of the person in charge, we use the e-mail address provided at the registration to inform in this way.

Right of information:
Affected parties have the right at any time to be informed whether and for what purpose the person responsible processes personal data. Deletion of data as well as the storage duration:
Personal data will be stored by us as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purpose. In addition, lawmakers may require us to store data or records relating to our records. The data will be irrevocably deleted after expiry of the deadlines set by law.
If the processing is based on legitimate interest of the person responsible, the data will be deleted as soon as there is no legitimate interest or the objection has been filed for further processing.
If the processing is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, the data will be kept by us until the purpose of the contract has been fulfilled and the contract has been completed. This does not affect any limitation periods which generally amount to three years.
